By using the PT Jewelry website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products and Availability

We make every effort to present our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings. Product availability is limited, and adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until the order is completed.

Orders and Confirmation

Customers must provide a correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address. PT Jewelry may contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing incorrect information or orders that cannot be confirmed.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is made in cash upon delivery. Promotions, discounts, and free-delivery offers apply only under the conditions stated on the website and cannot be combined unless specified.

Shipping

PT Jewelry currently delivers within Lebanon only. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Delays caused by couriers, public holidays, location, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted through WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order. Eligibility and delivery fees are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Exchanges are not processed automatically through the website.

Product Care and Guarantees

Customers should follow the care instructions provided with each product. Any guarantee applies only when specifically stated in the product description and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.
